Alright, I tried to explain IRC the best I could, but some people still might not get it despite my explaination. If you want to do things exactly like I do, then here is MY configuration on ShadowIRC. Mind you, this is only for the ChatNet Network. If you want to find me on ChatNet, just copy this configuration. If you want to find me on another Network like WebChat, UnderNet, or QuakeNet or whatever, you will have to configure your IRC client yourself. Basically it's the same precedure, except with a few changes; the major change being the server. Here's my configurations in ShadowIRC taken exactly from my PowerBook:

That is my exact preferences setting for ChatNet. If you want to copy it just to get into ChatNet than be my guest. Remember the popular chat networks are #chatzone and #nuthouse. To enter one of those, just type "/join #chatzone" or "/join #nuthouse." /join is a command used to join channels. If you want help, join the channel #help. Operators or maybe even me can help you.
