Quotations of the People

This section is the stronghold for what the site was created for; quote pages from many authors, philosophers, and general people of all time. I'm a philosophical person. I like to think about things, and make conjectures. Often times, I think about life, and about the ideas of Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, and the others. I like to do these things. I believe that philosophy is an intergral part of anyone's life. And I also believe it should be a bigger part of our school systems, as learning about life itself before learning the events of life could help when studying history.

  • Socrates
Socrates, the first and wisest of the 3 Greek philosophers didn't say much, but, in my opinion, thought the most about life...

  • Plato
The second of the 3 Greek philosophers, a student of the great Socrates, Plato said many more things and was a more idealist person...

  • Aristotle
Last of the 3 Greek philosophers, Aristotle was a student of Plato and a teacher to Alexander the Great. Undoubtedly said the most.

  • Confucius
Before Socrates and Aristotle, the Chinese philosopher, Confucius, also said many things. Not so much on the ideas of life, but more on the study of treatment...

  • Dr. Seuss
Dr. Seuss, the children's author, was an extremely smart person, whom made many conjectures both humorous, and very very true...

  • George Orwell
Famous author, George Orwell, who wrote the classic books, Animal Farm and 1984, was a very independent thinker and realist on government...

  • Mark Twain
Another very famous author, and a political idealist, who wrote many books such as the classic Adventures of Tom Sawyer, had many many quotes that had to deal with human behavior and government. He also liked satire...

Have fun with those quotes. Since this portion of the site is the biggest, and will remain the biggest, I will expand more on it later. But for now, these 7 are all we have. Tune in for future updates!
